Members Trade Alert: $CTRP Sold for a +20% Gain

BotTrigger Trade Alert: $CTRP sold @ $55.22 for a +20% gain since our $45.90 Buy Alert. With earning out tomorrow after the close on this one, we're going to lock in those gains & look to enter back long on a "relative" pullback. Whether it gaps up or down tomorrow...we'll wait for a relative pullback based on it's new trading range. It should be noted that we have no hard sell signal of any kind on CTRP right now. We're just securing the gains that we have. From trough to peak year to date, CTRP is already up over 35% in the last 5 months. We are also at a glaringly large distance above the 21 day moving average. It could easily gap higher tomorrow but we want to reduce exposure to downside risk on gainers that have moved "fast" to the upside. Chugging along to the upside is great but when you see heavy upside moves back to back it's always prudent to reduce on some of those gainers.

 

BotTrigger Trade Udpate: $CTRP tends to gap up on earnings & then pullback shortly thereafter, if not the very next day. Lets see how the Priceline of China does on this next earnings report come tomorrow after the close. Priceline reports today after the bell so a strong Priceline report will cause more upside on CTRP running into their own earnings report.
